Deichman Excavating crew installing new 36" concrete pipe to provide positive drainage for the new runway extension project at the Logansport Airport. The runway is being extended approximately 900 feet to allow larger aircraft to take off and land.

The River Bluff trail was completed in 2004. The trail is 1.3 miles long with a trailhead at Davis Road on the east end and one at Michigan Avenue on the west end. The trail consists of three bridges along with a picnic area. It also features a canoe or kayak launch area into the Eel river.

Davis Road rehabilitation project was complete in 2006. The road was enhanced with new sidewalks, bridge deck and railing, retaining walls, curb and gutter, and a new storm sewer drainage system.

The main gateway entrance to the new Ivy Tech campus was complete in 2008. This project featured installing new sewer and water lines back to the main campus, along with new street lights and an asphalt walking trail.

Deichman Excavating installed this three sided precast concrete box culvert. This is the main entrance to the State Hospital in Logansport, Indiana. Deichman utilized subcontractors like Central Paving for the asphalt, Sims & Pedigo for the colored walls on top of the box, Brown Construction for the footings and wingwalls and Slusser's Green Thumb for seeding.
