Deichman Excavating Company was established in 1970 by Sandy Deichman. The company incorporated in the state of Indiana in 1974. The same year, Sandy Deichman and Bob Brandstatter purchased Hedde Ready Mix, Inc. and renamed the company D&B Ready Mix, Inc.
